About this Drawing

Woman standing still atop a mountain, wind flowing through her sleeves, skirt, and hair—symbolizing mindfulness, energy alignment, and the power of flow in life’s journey.

It all begins with this picture I have been carrying around for over 50 years. I bought it at a high school student art show. I wrote 2 books, both published nationally and internationally. For the cover of both I said, “The book is titled Feel the Flow and here is the cover photo”. Both times that idea was rejected. Early in 2025 I received copyright back from my most recent publisher.

The first thing I did was look for the Domain Feel the Flow. It was taken, goes to a motorcycle shop I believe. However Feel the Flow now was available and I took it. On this website I will share all the wonderful things I’ve learned for the books I’ve written, the teaching I have done, and the experiences I have had that may help you along your path. As it develops, the website will become more and more interactive, using past workshops and new technology I am excited about joining with you as we all allow more flow and ease in our lives.

About this Website

Feel the Flow Now: Integrating Teaching, Healing, and Living Through Flow

Flow is the state where time dissolves, effort becomes effortless, and we are fully immersed in what we are doing. It is the space where learning becomes natural, energy harmonizes, and emotions transform into wisdom. Feel the Flow Now is designed to guide you into experiencing flow in all aspects of life—through learning, healing, and emotional well-being. By integrating the three key sections of this website—Teaching and Learning, Feeling and Flowing, and Loving and Living—you can cultivate a life that is more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with your highest potential.

The Power of Flow in Teaching and Learning

Teaching and learning are at their best when they engage the learner in a state of flow—where information is absorbed effortlessly, curiosity is ignited, and participation feels natural. The Teaching and Learning section of this website is designed for those who want to master the art of active learning, develop facilitation skills, and become Certified Facilitators of Adult Learning. Flow in learning happens when engagement is high, challenges are just within reach, and learners feel a sense of progress and mastery. When educators experience flow, their enthusiasm becomes contagious, creating an environment where students thrive.

Experiencing Flow in Energy Healing and Consciousness

Energy is the foundation of everything we do, and flow is its natural state. When energy becomes blocked, whether in the body, mind, or spirit, we feel stuck, exhausted, or disconnected. The Feeling and Flowing section explores energy healing, chakras, distant energy work, and the quantum field that underlies all existence. Here, you’ll discover ways to unblock your energy, restore balance, and tap into a deeper sense of well-being. Flow in this realm means allowing energy to move freely within and around you, enhancing intuition, vitality, and spiritual connection.

Flow as the Key to Emotional Well-Being

Emotions, like energy, are meant to flow. Yet, when faced with grief, anger, depression, or fear, we often resist, suppress, or become overwhelmed. The Loving and Living section focuses on understanding and working with life’s most profound emotions. Rather than avoiding or fighting against emotions, true healing happens when we allow them to flow naturally, gaining insight and release in the process. Flow in emotional well-being means embracing emotions as they come, moving through them with awareness, and emerging stronger, wiser, and more resilient.
